As the founder of Pancreas Care Specialists, Dr. Lara manages the diagnosis of acute, chronic, and hereditary pancreatitis as well as pancreas cysts and pancreatic cancer. He has special interests in autoimmune pancreatitis, pancreas islet transplantation, establishing novel endoscopic pancreas function testing, acute and chronic GI bleeding, and evaluation of small bowel disease.

Our specialists work closely with patients to define symptoms and conduct appropriate tests so that accurate diagnosis can be made in a timely manner.
